This summer will mark the first time in 80 years there will not be horse racing at Ruidoso Downs, as the racetrack is not sustainable as a public venue and cannot be adequately protected from future flooding. The NM Bred and Super Select sales will be held at Ruidoso Downs Sales Pavilion and the Billy the Kid Casino will continue operations.
