Juvenile crime in New Mexico has reached epic proportions, Republicans introduced a bill to address it that went no where in the last legislative session, now some Democrats are saying it’s time to do something; registration for Cloudcroft Schools is Friday; Otero County Electric Cooperative crews will replace a structure that will have power out in many areas 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday.
